Corey Parker set to ‘leave everything’ as Broncos legend makes $3 million move with wife

Brisbane Broncos legend Corey Parker has revealed he’ll happily leave all his memorabilia in the family home he’s selling with wife Margaux – “at the right price”. The Parkers have listed their renovated Queenslander in the Brisbane suburb of Daisy Hill, and are looking for their next project home.

Corey and Margaux bought the home in 2023 and have resided there with their four children. They’re hoping for offers between $2.7 and $2.9 million. “We have decided that our work here is done in restoring this timeless beauty and we are ready for the next project to sink our teeth into,” Margaux told realestate.com on Wednesday.

But Corey dropped a massive caveat on SEN radio on Thursday morning and stated he’s open to leaving all of his Brisbane Broncos memorabilia if a prospective buyer wants to splash some extra cash. The 42-year-old played 347 NRL games for the Broncos, as well as 19 State of Origin games for Queensland and 13 Test matches for Australia.

He’s said to have a pool room full of memorabilia that a diehard NRL fan might be able to get their hands on at the right price. “We’ve got our first open home this afternoon,” Parker said on SEN radio. “I’ve got four kids and two dogs so I’ve been trying to keep it pristine. I’ve been on the skates making sure everything is exactly how it should be.”

When Healy said he’s heard the Broncos memorabilia wasn’t for sale, Parker corrected him. “It can (be for sale) at a price, absolutely,” Parker said. “If it’s anything like the baggy green…if you want to buy the Parker residence at the right price I could leave everything. I will happily leave whatever and just walk out of the place.”

Parker denied suggestions he needs the money, and simply stated he and wife Margaux are keen for their next home to renovate. “It’s all fully-renovated now and we’re looking for the next project,” he said.

The decision to sell their Daisy Hill property comes after Parker didn’t have his contract with Fox Sports renewed for the 2025 season. Parker had been working as a commentator and analyst for Fox for the past nine years, but has been replaced by Kevin Walters for the upcoming season.

“With regards to my role coming to the end of its tenure with Fox Sports, Fox have stipulated that they have another ‘Queensland’ option that they have decided to go with moving forward,” Parker said in December. “I am, of course, disappointed. I loved my role there. I know I was hard-working, well-prepared, honest, transparent, of strong opinion and open. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of it for the past nine years.”
