As the Ohio State Buckeyes gear up for their College Football Playoff first-round matchup against the Tennessee Volunteers on Saturday night, they’ve been hit with some unfortunate transfer portal news.

” Michalski suffered a lower-body injury in the fourth quarter of Ohio State’s Week 9 game against Nebraska. That game marked his first career start, stepping in for Josh Simmons, who had already been ruled out for the season with an injury of his own. Over four seasons playing for Ryan Day’s Buckeyes, Michalski appeared in 19 games, primarily serving as a backup tackle and contributing on special teams.
