After a thrilling four hours of racing across Yorkshire, Williams had won his second stage victory in two days. It was far from easy sailing, though, with the Welshman and his Israel-Premier Tech team suffering terrible losses at the hands of first Julian Alaphilippe and then Louis Sutton.
