Following the revelation of past disagreements between the two, former WWE star Matt Riddle made a statement on his relationship with Roman Reigns. In an interview from 2021, Riddle said he could defeat Reigns in a true fight and criticized Reigns for referring to himself as “the needle mover” on television in reference to the high viewership of his segments. Reigns was not pleased, even though Riddle’s remarks could have been a little overblown given the rivalry between The Bloodline and RK-Bro at the time.
