The season of giving is here, and it looks like Ole Miss is getting a head start. What has QB Jaxson Dart not done for the Rebels? You know the revenge win Lane Kiffin got over Georgia this season? Yeah, that absolute 28-10 disaster game for the Dawgs? Thank Jaxson Dart, for it. The entire recruitment for the D-line and O-line was done by Dart along with Kiffin. This guy went out there and made people believe that Ole Miss is going for the natty. While the natty dream didn’t come true, they still managed to bring a ton of joy to Oxford. Now, it looks like Jaxson Dart is bringing joy to a ton of children as well.
Back on Instagram, Nicholas Air shared multiple snaps from their latest Stuff The Plane Teddy Bear Drive. “This past Monday, @nicholasair teamed up with @jaxsondart and @childrensofms for the annual Stuff the Plane teddy bear drive!” Nicholas Air wrote in the caption of their post. This initiative is beautiful. This movement is for the children at Mississippi Hospital in Jackson and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis. The rules were simple. If people wanted, then they could donate a teddy bear to be given away to all the children. In the pictures, Dart and the kids look so happy when the teddy is handed over to them.
And this ain’t even the first time Dart has been involved with community service. Remember the Tim Tebow Foundation’s “Night to Shine” prom? An event held exclusively for special needs students from high schools? Yes, Dart was also a part of that.
Also, the entire Jackson water crisis? When floodwaters broke down the Jackson water treatment plant? Dart was a part of the entire “water collection” drive and helped out with the entire process.
It ain’t no wonder why this guy was named as the finalist for the William V. Campbell trophy. Often regarded as the “Academic Heisman”. While Bama QB Jalen Milroe managed to win that one, Dart still got home with an $18,000 postgraduate scholarship. All that is left is to watch this guy give Kiffin one more win before he leaves for the NFL draft.
